Regardless of statutory warranty claims, we offer a voluntary three-year warranty on our BAR-TEK® products and Turbo-Total brand performance turbochargers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
- Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
- Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
- Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
- Leaks in the boost pressure system.
- Contaminants in the oil.
- Blocked engine ventilation.
- Increased exhaust back pressure.
- Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
- Theft, accidents, or flooding.
- Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
3. Warranty Claims:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.
4. No Transfer of Warranty:
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
- Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
- If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
- In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

High-end bolt-on turbocharger for the EA855EVO engine that puts everything else in the shade - outstanding response behaviour with an output of up to 800 hp and enormous torque.
Designed for top performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither a upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are of extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing specially manufactured for this turbocharger, an integral exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust gas flow rate is used. The latest technology can be found underneath the housing. The highlight is an extremely high-quality left-handed Garrett G-series trunk group.
The compressor housing has been designed so that the tuning items available at accesories can be used. For example, most accesories intakes fit without modification to the turbocharger and can simply be attached to the holes provided.
The exhaust housing integrated into the exhaust manifold has an increased exhaust flow rate and has been specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series trunk assembly of the Garrett G35-900. A 1050°C resistant stainless steel was chosen as the material. The duct routing is adapted to the performance and flow-optimised. Another advantage: all downpipes fit to the outlet of the exhaust housing.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No replacement is necessary. This means you can rebuild the vehicle if necessary. This ultimately saves a lot of time and money.
The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and specialised knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance-optimised condition in order to achieve the maximum possible performance.
