Description

The new benchmark among plug'n'play turbochargers for the 2.5 TFSI EA855 engines!

High-end turbocharger for the EA855 engine that puts everything else in the shade – outstanding response with an incredible output of up to 1000 hp, as well as enormous torque.

Designed for extreme performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither an upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are extremely high-quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured specifically for this turbocharger, a high-strength stainless-steel integral turbine housing with increased exhaust flow is used. The latest technology appears beneath the housings. As a highlight, an extremely high-quality, counter-clockwise rotating Garrett G-series core assembly is used.

The compressor housing was designed so that tuning parts available in the accesories can be used. For example, most aftermarket suction systems fit without modifications to the turbocharger and can simply be attached to the designated bores.

The exhaust housing integrated in the exhaust manifold has an increased exhaust flow and is specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series core assembly of the Garrett G35-1050. A stainless steel rated for 1050°C was chosen as the material. The porting is matched to the performance and flow-optimized. Another advantage: all downpipes fit the outlet of the turbine housing.

Our G35 Extreme can only be used with our 5" inlet. Due to the size, there is no adapter ring for the 4" inlet.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This means you can return the vehicle to stock if required. In the end, this saves a lot of time and money.

Attention: In addition to an engine modified for this level of power, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work, such as on the suction, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply as well as new software. The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a condition appropriate to the power output in order to achieve the maximum possible performance.

For control we recommend our solenoid system

Better than any heat wrap is the ceramic coating.
The process is still applied by hand individually to each component.
All possible components such as manifolds or turbine housings of turbochargers can be coated.
First, a beige-colored base coat is applied.
Afterwards, up to 14 different colors can be selected.
The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros and up.

All components of the turbocharger are extremely high-quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured specifically for this turbocharger, a high-strength stainless-steel integral turbine housing with increased exhaust flow is used. The latest technology appears beneath the housings. As a highlight, an extremely high-quality, counter-clockwise rotating Garrett G-series core assembly is used.</p><p> </p><p>The compressor housing was designed so that tuning parts available in the accesories can be used. For example, most aftermarket suction systems fit without modifications to the turbocharger and can simply be attached to the designated bores.</p><p> </p><p>The exhaust housing integrated in the exhaust manifold has an increased exhaust flow and is specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series core assembly of the Garrett G35-1050. A stainless steel rated for 1050°C was chosen as the material. The porting is matched to the performance and flow-optimized. Due to the size, there is no adapter ring for the 4" inlet.<br /></p><p>You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This means you can return the vehicle to stock if required. In the end, this saves a lot of time and money.</p><p> </p><p>Attention: In addition to an engine modified for this level of power, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work, such as on the suction, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply as well as new software. The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge.
