Description

The new benchmark among plug'n'play turbochargers for the 2.5 TFSI EA855 engines!

High-end turbocharger for the EA855 engine that puts everything else in the shade – outstanding response with an incredible output of up to 1000 hp, as well as enormous torque.

Designed for extreme performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither an upgrade nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured especially for this turbocharger, a high-strength stainless steel integral turbine housing with higher exhaust gas flow is used. The latest technology is revealed under the housings. The highlight is an extremely high-quality, counterclockwise rotating Garrett G-series CHRA.

The compressor housing was designed so that tuning parts available in the accesories can be used. For example, most aftermarket air intakes fit the turbocharger without modifications and can simply be attached to the designated mounting holes.

The turbine housing integrated into the exhaust manifold has increased exhaust gas flow and is specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series CHRA of the Garrett G35-1050. A 1050°C heat-resistant stainless steel was chosen as the material. The porting is adapted to the performance and flow-optimized. Another advantage: all downpipes fit the outlet of the turbine housing.

Our G35 Extreme can only be used with our 5" inlet. Due to the size, there is no adapter ring for the 4" inlet.

For the oil return line, the screw holes must be drilled out to M8.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This allows you to revert the vehicle back to stock if required. In the end, this saves a lot of time and money.

Attention: In addition to an engine modified for this level of performance, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work such as to the air intake, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply as well as new software. Installing performance-increasing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a condition appropriate for the performance in order to achieve the maximum possible output.

Better than any heat wrap is the ceramic coating.
The process is still applied by hand individually to each component.
All kinds of components such as manifolds or turbine housings of turbochargers can be coated.
First, a base coat in beige color is applied.
After that, up to 14 different colors can be chosen.
The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros and up.

All components of the turbocharger are extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing manufactured especially for this turbocharger, a high-strength stainless steel integral turbine housing with higher exhaust gas flow is used. The latest technology is revealed under the housings. The highlight is an extremely high-quality, counterclockwise rotating Garrett G-series CHRA.</p><p> </p><p>The compressor housing was designed so that tuning parts available in the accesories can be used. For example, most aftermarket air intakes fit the turbocharger without modifications and can simply be attached to the designated mounting holes.</p><p> </p><p>The turbine housing integrated into the exhaust manifold has increased exhaust gas flow and is specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series CHRA of the Garrett G35-1050. A 1050°C heat-resistant stainless steel was chosen as the material. The porting is adapted to the performance and flow-optimized. Due to the size, there is no adapter ring for the 4" inlet.<br /></p><p>For the oil return line, the screw holes must be drilled out to M8.</p><p>You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. This allows you to revert the vehicle back to stock if required. In the end, this saves a lot of time and money.</p><p> </p><p>Attention: In addition to an engine modified for this level of performance, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work such as to the air intake, downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply as well as new software. Installing performance-increasing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge.
