They connect together piston and crankshaft, translating the linear movements into circular ones. Standard connecting rods do not withstand the extreme force of a power-boosted engine. The standard connecting rods could easily tear and the entire engine would be damaged. In order to avoid this, we have developed high-strength connecting rods with I-shaft and H-shaft, which also live up to their promise even at extremely high horsepower: namely your engine’s top performance.

BAR-TEK® – connecting rods for motorsport
Connecting rods for up to 1,000 PS
After all the years in motorsport, we know how important the right connecting rods are. That’s why we’ve developed our innovative I-shaft and H-shaft connecting rods made from high-strength steel. And with power ranging up to about 1,000 hp, only the best connecting rods should be installed. Therefore, our connecting rods are equipped with a hole that facilitates lubrication of the piston pins (rifle drilled). This allows force to be transmitted optimally.
Angled and measured – installation-ready!
You receive the BAR-TEK® connecting rods 100 % angled and measured. Connecting rods from other manufacturers should always first be angled and checked that they are precisely parallel. You will automatically receive this service with our connecting rods. The connecting rods are perfectly paired and matched up. The weight is also identical, so that everything runs smoothly, without a hitch. Our connecting rods are installation-ready as soon as you unpack them.

So that you know what to do, you will find a QR code in our box when unpacking it. This takes you straight to the appropriate installation instructions for your connecting rods. So that nothing can go wrong here either.

Since we manufacture our own steel connecting rods ourselves, we can offer them at a very affordable price. And you save even more if you buy them together with our pistons in the kit.
