2.5l TFSI tuning guide – Even faster with the RS3 and TT RS

You don't need any additional components here. Simply install and have fun! You should not use Longlife oil. Better is our fully synthetic oil.

BAR-TEK® TIP!

We recommend to fill up with 102 octane fuel. This will give you more power because your engine knocks less! Of course the turbocharger should not be too old, also the engine must be in a good condition. The V-Max is always in good condition with our tuning! With DSG vehicles we always lift the torque limit. We also recommend our PCV-KILL-Kit.

For our Chiptuning V4 you need an upgrade turbocharger and an upgrade high-pressure pump. For this performance level we recommend our Upgrade intercooler. You will always have full performance, even at warm temperatures. A must for this performance is a 4" downpipe and a 3.5" exhaust system.

You need this extra to make it last:

Due to higher loads and more boost pressure, you need reinforced pistons and connecting rods for your engine. With our forged piston & connecting rod set you can drive the V2 tuning kit to 650 PS stable and safe! You need a reinforced sport clutch to bring the power on the road. The original clutch cannot handle the increased torque. For cars with DSG transmission, you'll also need to install a reinforced DSG clutch and adjust the DSG software. You can simply contact us for this. More engine power also generates more heat, so a higher oil temperature. So that your engine oil doesn't overheat and there is always an optimal temperature and oil quality in your engine, you absolutely need an oil cooler kit! As a perfect addition we recommend to order our digital oil temperature indicator: So you always have the oil temperature in view!

BAR-TEK® TIP!

Here you have to drive 102 octane fuel. Then it is simply important to carry out the conversion cleanly. We would be happy to do the conversion for you. Here you come to our Area-51 Workshop! The adjustment of the software to the new components must be adapted individually on the performance test bench. Also here we recommend our PCV-KILL-Kit.

His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers. The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.
