Spark plugs for optimum tuning results

Every gasoline engine needs spark plugs for optimal combustion. Of course, the spark plugs also undergo wear. Used up spark plugs can diminish engine performance considerably and even cause damage to the pistons. In motor racing, spark plugs are renewed at regular intervals so as to achieve maximum engine performance. For tuned engines, spark plugs with a lower degree of heat should be used since heightened combustion chamber temperature can cause piston damage.
