Our 1.8T top mount turbo manifold
Pulse turbocharger manifolds ensure a significantly better performance than constant-pressure turbocharger manifolds. Our cast nickel pulse turbocharger manifold, top mount version, has much to offer as well. It improves the response of the turbocharger noticeably. The performance increase can be felt from the middle speed range. In addition, the flanges are slotted, which protects the manifold from stress fissures. It is suitable for up to about 500 hp. For an even better performance, we recommend our plasma ceramic coating that reduces the surface temperature of the exhaust manifold by 33%, so you get even more performance out of the engine. We apply the coating by hand, and you can choose from among 14 different colors.

Our turbo manifold with individual pipe guide, T4 flange and TiAL wastegate port is produced by us according to your order. You can choose between seamless ST37 steel or heat-resistant stainless steel. The port for the external wastegate is either a TiAL MV-S or MV-R.
