Locking tools
If you want to work on the control times of your Audi RS3, for example, you need the 2.5L TFSI locking tool for camshafts by Integrated. With this tool, you can set the camshaft in the upper dead center and direct your attention to the control times. The tool comes with the screws.
Digital valve spring tester by Computerscales
With the valve spring tester by Computerscales, you can check each valve spring for its spring force and length. The digital display has a scale of 0 to 700 kg and provides precise results: It measures the spring pressure and travel down to 0.1%. Owing to the extra long arm, checking high-pressure springs will also be quite easy.
Perfect angle measuring of conrods
We angle-measure your conrods for you! In order to avoid piston or cylinder bore wear, we angle-measure your conrods for you. They will be precisely measured, aligned and checked for exact parallelism. We have summarized all important information for you, so nothing bad can crop up during the installation.
Torque plate for all VW VR6 cylinder blocks
With this torque plate, the installation of a cylinder head can be simulated when drilling and honing the cylinders. It is mounted on the block and tightened. This distorts the block in the same way as it would with a mounted cylinder head and under normal driving conditions. With this, you can create a perfectly round hole for your piston. We use this torque plate for all our racing engines. By the way, you can lease it from us!
