Here you can find out what you need for turning 400 PS (294 kW) into as much as 700 PS (515 kW). From chip tuning in Stage 1 to the upgrade turbocharger, intercooler, and so on in Stage 5 – we have it all. As the components in this tuning guide fit together perfectly, this is the way to safe and long-lasting tuning for your 2.5L TFSI in the RS .

You don't need any additional components here. Simply have the software optimized and enjoy the performance! You should also not use long-life oil. It is better to use our fully synthetic oil and reduce the change interval to 10,000 km.

We recommend to fill up with 102 octane fuel. This will give you more power because your engine will knock less! Of course the turbo should not be too old, the engine must also be in good condition. The V-Max is always suspended with our tuning!

You need this extra to make it last:
In stage 2, we recommend installing NGK RACE spark plugs. This means you always have a stable spark and don't have to worry about misfiring. To ensure that your engine oil does not overheat and that your engine always has an optimum temperature and oil condition, you absolutely need our oil cooler kit!

In stage 4, you need an upgrade turbocharger. We also recommend our upgrade intercooler for this performance level. This means you always have full power, even at warm temperatures. A 4" downpipe and at least a 3" exhaust system are a must at this power level.

You need this extra to make it last long:
Due to higher load and more boost pressure in stage 5, you need reinforced pistons and connecting rods for your engine. With our forged pistons & connecting rods Ulti Kit, you can drive stably and safely at power levels above 650 hp! You will need a reinforced sports clutch so that you can get the power onto the road. The original clutch cannot handle the increased torque. For vehicles with a DCT gearbox, you also need to install a reinforced DCT clutch and adapt the DCT software. To prevent your engine oil from overheating, our oil cooler kit is also required for this power, as is the transmission upgrade oil cooler kit.

Damit du deinen Motor sicher und standfest tunen kannst, bekommst du bei uns alles, was du für die perfekte Kühlung brauchst. His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers.
