For TSFI engines with cam belt: our upgraded crankshaft pulley kit
Our crankshaft pulley upgrade Kit comes with an upgraded crankshaft pulley, V-ribbed belt and bolt for the sprocket. The crankshaft gear is made of high-strength aluminum and much, much lighter than the standard original. The surface of the sprocket is harder and withstands greater stresses due to the black anodizing. Thanks to the low weight, the engine is exposed to a lower stress and is 100% trimmed to performance.
Adjustable camshaft gear for all 2.0L TFSI engines
Our adjustable camshaft gear for 2.0L TSFI engines guarantees a considerable boost in performance of your engine. Because, with it, the control times of a “sharp” cam can be adjusted quite precisely. With a “rigid” standard gear, you can put the control times backward or forward only by one sprocket. With our high-end cam gear, you can reach an optimally set stroke, which, with tuned camshafts, is exactly in the middle. The gear is CNC-machined, black anodized and comes with ARP bolts.
Harmonic vibration dampers for 2.0L RFSI with cam belt
Our harmonic vibration damper for 2.0L TFSI engines with a belt contains a gel filling and thus eliminates all negative vibrations on the crank drive: and that in all speed ranges. Standard dampers with their rubber mix are exclusively designed for a series engine and accordingly allow little performance. Since you’re risking that the crank shaft breaks at high speeds, you should replace, in tuned engines, the standard damper by the one by Fluidampr. It ensures improved idle running and less noise when idle, less vibration and more performance!
