Throttle body elbow & intercooler outlet pipe for your Audi RS3 and TTRS (8V/8S)

This outlet pipe, also called elbow, is a real upgrade for performance enthusiasts! It has been precisely tailored to the needs of tuning fans and gave us a strong 20 hp and 25 Nm more power!

In our latest expansion stage with approval and TÜV compatible!

The billet elbow can be installed and registered completely legally in combination (and only in combination) with our 4" or 5" air intake. TÜV test report included!

The topic of approval and TÜV is an issue for everyone in the automotive and tuning sector. And the future does not necessarily look easy. To get ahead of the whole topic of reports, ABE's and type approvals, we went to the effort of having our parts for the 5-cylinder tested. We are very proud to now be able to offer you many of our high performance parts with approval.

Our elbow for your 2.5 TFSI was manufactured on a modern 5-axis CNC machine. The intake pipe for the throttle body replaces the significantly undersized stock pipe with a perfectly matched, aerodynamically optimized elbow. The pipe has also been completely optimized. This ensures a smooth flow, the power is immediately noticeable!

Upgrade with racing feeling

Because the stock pipe is tapered, air turbulence and restrictions are no surprise. Our throttle body elbow, on the other hand, is flow-optimized and features a clean 90° bend. The flow velocity as well as the larger and constant cross-sectional area are also perfectly suited for that racing feeling.

All surrounding OEM parts can be connected via plug & play. The pipe includes the provision for the factory engine cover, a connection for the hose of the blow off valve, the blow off valve actuator and the boost pressure sensor. Everything has really been thought of.

How much power you can expect with this elbow

With our throttle body elbow we have already been able to measure a power increase of up to 20 hp and 25 Nm!

Attention! With both Stage 2 applications and upgrade turbochargers as well as further hardware changes, you can expect even greater gains.

On the DNWA the elbow only fits with our billet intake manifold.

The scope of delivery also includes a connection for the boost pressure gauge (gold fitting). Optionally, our elbow has 2 connections which can be used for boost pressure or water-methanol injection.
