Billet engine blocks
Billet engine blocks are engine blocks milled from a solid block of aluminium. They are extremely robust and extremely light at the same time. They are therefore particularly suitable for the highest demands in racing and tuning, as they are designed for drastic performance well over 1000 hp. We supply billet engine blocks for 2.5 EA855 evo (DAZA), Mitsubishi, Nissan and Toyota.
Billet engine block: Thousands of hp are possible
A billet block is so robust that it is particularly suitable for the most extreme performance upgrades; in some cases, thousands hp are possible! Full aluminium blocks are milled using high-precision CNC machining to achieve this extraordinary rigidity. Aluminium engine blocks provide a strong connection to the cylinder head because the distortion of cylinder bores and crank drive is drastically reduced. The blocks feature increased cylinder wall thickness, high performance liners and increased deck height. They are supplied with enlarged cylinder head bolts, which also strengthen the connection to cylinder head. Depending on the setting and other components, well over a thousand hp are possible.
