Fuel Filters – Perfect Engine Protection
Fuel filters are elementary in any vehicle since they have an enormous impact on the performance. It is their job to free the fuel of dirt, rust, paint residues and other solids before such particles can get into the engine. Because impurities in the fuel can clog the injection nozzles and result in defects in the fuel pump and injection system. This is why you get only very high-quality filters from us that we have amply tested so they definitively withstand the high demands of engine tuning. Quite high speeds and hp in the four-digit range do not pose any problem to our high-performance fuel filters.
Change the Filters Regularly
In order to protect your engine against nasty substances, you should service your filter frequently and replace it, if necessary. An old fuel filter can impede the fuel flow and severely restrict the performance of your vehicle. Usually, gasoline is filled in the new filter by hand, so the engine can start faster.
Filters for Many Brands and Models
In our shop, you can buy many filters for different engines and car brands, including Audi and Volkswagen (VW). The fuel filter by Aeromotive made of billet aluminum and with a 100 micron metal filter element, for example, is suitable for all naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines with one or two fuel rails. It serves as a prefilter for the gas pump, which it protects outstandingly. Thanks to its very high flow rate, this filter is suitable for up to 3000 hp. Beside gasoline, it also filters E85 and alcohol. The 10-micron Aeromotive gas filter is another great power pack: It manages up to 8000 hp. It is installed behind the fuel pump and protects the injectors. You can buy the insert for the gas filters individually later. You have a choice among individual thicknesses.
