We help with your tuning project – In this tuning guide you’ll find the four tuning stages that will get your AGU engine up to as much as 320 hp. The guide doesn’t just tell you all the parts you need – it provides important tips as well. This is the safe and sure-fire way to maximum power!

You don't need any additional components here. Simply install and have fun! Do not use Longlife oil, our GTX Racing Oil 10W-60 oil is better.
BAR-TEK® TIP!
We recommend filling up with 102 octane fuel. This will give your engine more power because it knocks less! The turbocharger should not be too old. Engine in good condition. The basis must be right.

You need this extra to make it last:
To bring the extra power to the road, you need a sports clutch, because the original clutch cannot transfer the power. For the conversion to K04-001 RS turbocharger you have to install a racing cat and our upgrade air mass meter. A downpipe is a must.
BAR-TEK® TIP!
If you have already installed a sports cat, an intake hose and an upgrade intercooler, you can continue to use them. With an upgrade intercooler you also have the complete performance available in summer! If you want to get 220 hp right away, order the tuning kit level 3 directly! That saves money.

With the tuning kit stage 3 you have the extended extension stage of the kit stage 2. Here you have 380 ccm injectors and an upgrade manifold as well as an optimized software! If you have already installed a downpipe, an intake hose and an upgrade intercooler, you can continue to use them. With a large upgrade intercooler you also have the complete performance available in summer!

You need this extra to make it last:
To drive the full 320 hp power, you have to replace your connecting rods with X-beam connecting rods. A sports clutch kit is required to get the horsepower on the road. For the exhaust you should use a 76 mm exhaust system. The pump must be an upgrade, otherwise there is a risk of engine damage due to slimming.
BAR-TEK® TIP!
A proper chip tuning is required for this conversion. You can send us your control unit or have your vehicle tuned directly in our workshop. Another tip from us: Your brake system is no longer up to the high performance. You can convert it to a Brembo 4-piston brake or to the Audi S3 8L.

These include, for example, fuel, chip tuning and mileage. Therefore all data are without guarantee. Put your engine through its paces on our 1000 hp dynamometer.

His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers. The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.
