Turbo Manifold for Many Audi Models
An ideal response of the turbocharger is guaranteed by the stainless steel pulse turbocharger manifold in the top mount version for 1.8T motors. Already starting from the middle speed range, you can truly expect extra performance. The improved response is due to the 4-to-1 design and the increased gas flow rate. This turbo manifold is also suitable for performances over 500 hp. The high-quality stainless steel is TIG welded and hardened.
Our manifold for large turbochargers on the 2.5L TFSI engine is a genuine highlight for your exhaust system. It is made of temperature-resistant stainless steel and with an optimized individual pipe guide. It comes with V-band flange to the turbocharger and a connection for an external TiAL MV-R wastegate.
Special Plasma Ceramic Coating for Your Turbo Manifold
We can equip your turbo manifold with our special plasma ceramic coating in 14 different colors. The coating works better than any heat protection tape: It withstands temperatures of up to 900°C and reduces the engine compartment temperature by around 50%. We apply the coating individually and by hand. Each component is initially sprayed with a basic coating and then in the desired color. There is a 3-year guarantee for the coating.
