Our terms of delivery and payment

Note for Swiss Customers

As of January 1, 2026, BAR-TEK Motorsport GmbH is registered with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (ESTV) under number CHE-194.107.108.MWST. We charge our Swiss end customers Swiss VAT directly and remit it to the ESTV. This means that you, as a customer in Switzerland, will not incur any additional costs upon import.

Terms of delivery

Delivery times

Your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the following day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. Delivery will be made within 1 - 3 days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended. We will point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

The delivery times for parcels with DHL abroad are:

• EU, EFTA, Switzerland and Great Britain approx. 2 - 9 days
• Worldwide approx. 5 - 19 days

The delivery times for parcels sent abroad with DHL Express are:

• EU, EFTA, Switzerland and Great Britain approx. 1 - 2 days
• Worldwide approx. 2 - 9 days

Delays, for example due to customs clearance, natural disasters or pandemics, are possible and cannot be influenced by us. The transit times are standard transit times that are usually achieved under normal conditions.

Delivery costs

1. Shipping costs may apply for delivery. Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 5.95 euros. From an order value of 100 euros, we deliver to consumers free of charge. The costs for shipping to the EU and all other countries in the world are displayed in the shopping basket. These depend on the destination country and the weight of the delivery.
2. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees. You can find more information on customs duties at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/customs_de and on import sales tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do and specifically for Switzerland at http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.
3. If goods are delivered abroad, increased shipping costs apply. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

Delay in delivery

If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

Subsequent deliveries

If some of the goods you have ordered are not available, these goods will be delivered free of charge.

Reservation

We reserve the right to provide a service (goods or service) of equivalent quality and price, or not to provide the promised service if it is not available.

Collection

We are a pure online shop and ship Monday - Friday via DHL and DHL Express. We do not offer collection from our warehouse.

Terms of payment

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in individual cases.

Prepayment by bank transfer

Once we have received your money in our account, the goods will be dispatched immediately by DHL or DHL Express.

Amazon Pay

If you have a customer account with Amazon, you can also pay us via Amazon Pay. The advantage: it's secure and your bank or credit card details remain with Amazon. This protects you from fraud.

Credit card via PayPal

You have the option of paying with your credit card via PayPal. At the end of your order you can select PayPal as a payment option. You will then be redirected to PayPal where you have the option to pay by direct debit, credit card or from your PayPal account. PayPal will carry out a "pre-authorisation" (no payment is made yet!). You will then return to the order process and can finalise the order. Only then is the payment actually authorised by PayPal and can be carried out.

PayPal

You have the option of paying with PayPal. PayPal payments are usually received on the same day so that we can send you the goods FASTER. At the end of an order you will be automatically redirected to PayPal if you wish. There you have the option of paying for your order with your credit card, by direct debit or from your PayPal account. PayPal will carry out a "pre-authorisation" (no payment is made yet!). You will then return to the order process and can finalise the order. Only then is the payment actually authorised by PayPal and can be carried out.

Credit card

You simply pay with your VISA or MasterCard. For your security, our service provider Unzer (formerly Heidelpay) may use 3D-Secure.

iDEAL

You can buy from us conveniently via iDEAL. Processing takes place via Unzer (formerly Heidelpay). This payment method is not available in all countries. Your bank must support iDEAL. In addition, iDEAL is currently not available for purchases via smartphones.
