The fuel pump has the job of supplying the engine with fuel. It pumps the fuel from the tank to the carburetors, injection pumps or valves of internal combustion engines. The pump must work smoothly and absolutely reliably, so that your engine is permanently supplied and your car does not falter or even die off. With tuned engines in particular, problems can occur when the fuel pump is not fitted properly.
