Replacement for R32 Wear Parts
Some components of your R32 engine are wear parts, which must be regularly replaced. This is the only way you can ensure that everything runs smoothly and your engine won’t suffer any major damage. Among the usual wear parts is the air/fuel probe that delivers incorrect values when it is defective. Our spare part is an original Bosch air/fuel probe.
All gaskets and seals are another vital topic if you want to take great care of your engine. Their job is not only to separate oil, water and gas from one another. They also seal the engine toward the outside and ensure the right balance of forces between the parts. Defective gaskets can quickly lead to a case of bad damage if they are not replaced in time. Among other things, you get the all-round carefree package for your cylinder head from us: the R32 cylinder head gasket kit. It contains everything for the optimal sealing of the cylinder head, so you don’t need any additional gaskets. In order to seal the complete block, we recommend our R32 block sealing kit.
A well-known problem in the R32 engine is the plastic water pump. It can get detached from the shaft; then the engine isn’t cooled anymore. Our Race water pump is fitted with a metal impeller to correct the problem. Your engine will be optimally cooled at all times.
Another goody is the oil filter flange developed by us. It has an oil inlet line for the turbo conversion and connections for a temperature gauge and oil pressure gauge.
