Overhaul of your G-Lader with original parts
We are particularly proud of our G-Lader overhaul with RS1 machining. We disassemble, clean and re-measure the internal parts, replace the five bearings with VW FAG/Torrington originals and replace the sealing rings with original VW Goetze sealing rings. In addition, we fit eight latest-generation sealing strips and an original 11.5 millimetre wide Gates timing belt and coat the displacer. Since we only use original parts, we give a twelve-month warranty on the overhauled G-Lader. The RS1 machining puts about 12 PS (9 kW) of power increase on top. All you have to do is send us your G-Lader so we can take a look at it in our workshop!
Engine tuning is our passion and VW is one of our specialities. The quality of our products is particularly important to us: We have tested all the parts we offer in the shop ourselves. Only if they convince us one hundred percent on the race track or on the performance test bench do we offer them. You can rely on BAR-TEK® quality!
