Fuel Supply
Many engines suffer from a poor fuel supply at full load. The fuel pressure breaks down; the engine runs too leanly with a full boost. The exhaust gas temperatures rise to over 950°C, something that can actually lead to the melting of the piston.
In our shop, you can therefore buy all parts required for a top-notch fuel supply with gasoline and diesel that prevent the mixture from being too lean. We only have high-quality components for Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, SEAT and many other car brands.

Matching Components for the Fuel Supply
The components of the fuel supply system should be matched to one another. Injection nozzles that are too big or a fuel pressure that’s too high can also cause damage to the engine. Increasing the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure regulator should be done only for fine tuning, because doubling the fuel pressure brings no more than roughly 25% of the flow rate. Increasing the fuel pressure from 3 to 6 bar, for instance, brings only approx. 25% more throughput. In such a case, you should install larger injection nozzles in your car.
Top-Notch Accessories for Your Fuel Supply
Our range of accessories for fuel supply is of absolutely high quality and perfect for engine tuning – for all car brands, from Audi to VW. The Aeromotive A1000 fuel pressure regulator made of billet aluminum, for example, is designed for a performance of up to 1000 hp. Its setting range is 0.3 to 1.0 bar. Our own plug & play fuel pump for 2L TFSI engines is ultra suitable for high performances of up to 500 hp. It improves the fuel supply of performance-enhanced engines, especially in cornering.
