Terms of delivery

1. Delivery times

Your order will be processed immediately, but no later than the following day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. The delivery takes place within 1 - 3 days, if the article is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

The delivery times for parcels with DHL abroad are:

  • EU, EFTA, Switzerland and Great Britain approx. 2 - 9 days
  • Worldwide approx. 5 - 19 days

The transit times for parcels with DHL Express abroad are:

  • EU, EFTA, Switzerland and Great Britain approx. 1 - 2 days
  • Worldwide approx. 2 - 9 days

Delays, for example in customs clearance, due to natural disasters or pandemics, are possible and cannot be influenced by us. The transit times are standard transit times which are usually achieved under normal conditions. 


We are an online only store and ship Monday - Friday via DHL & DHL Express. We do not offer pickup in the warehouse.

2. Packing and shipping costs

2.1 Shipping costs may apply for the delivery. Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4,95 Euro. From 100 Euro order value we deliver to consumers free of charge. The costs for shipping to the EU and all other countries of the world are displayed in the shopping cart. They depend on the destination country and the weight of the delivery.

2.2 For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees apply. 2.3 If goods are delivered abroad, increased shipping costs will apply. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page and are shown under "Shipping costs" for the respective product.

3. Delay

If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

4. Subsequent deliveries

If some of the goods you ordered are not available, they will be delivered free of charge.

5. Reservation

We reserve the right to deliver goods or services of equal quality and price, or not to deliver the promised goods or services if they are not available.

Terms of payment

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in individual cases.

1. Prepayment

After receiving your money on our account, the goods will be shipped immediately by DHL, DPD or UPS.

2. Credit card via PayPal

You have the possibility to pay with your credit card via PayPal. At the end of your order you can choose PayPal as payment option. After that you will be redirected to PayPal where you have the possibility to pay by direct debit, credit card or from your PayPal account. PayPal will perform a "pre-authorization" (no payment is made yet!). Afterwards you return to the order process and can complete the order. Only then the payment is actually authorized at PayPal and can be carried out.

3. PayPal

You have the possibility to pay with PayPal. PayPal payments are usually received on the same day so we can send you the goods FASTER.  
At the end of an order you will be automatically redirected to PayPal if you want to. There you have the possibility to pay with your credit card, by direct debit or from your PayPal account. PayPal will perform a "pre-authorization" (no payment is made yet!). Afterwards you return to the order process and can complete the order. Only then the payment at PayPal is actually authorized and can be carried out.

If you have chosen prepayment and still want to pay via PayPal, just send the money to info@bar-tek.com.

4. Credit card

You simply pay with your VISA or MasterCard. For your security our service provider Unzer (formerly known as Heidelpay) may use 3D-Secure.

5. Cash / EC-Card

You simply pay at our cash desk when you pick up your order.

6. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ)Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, for other services, the provision of the service. The complete invoice terms for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here:  GermanyFinlandUnited KingdomNetherlandsNorwayAustriaSweden.
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the conditions specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice.   • Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the date by e-mail.
  • Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The debit will be made after the shipment of the goods or tickets / availability of the service or in case of a subscription according to the communicated times.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found here. 7. iDEAL

You can conveniently buy from us via iDEAL. The transaction is handled by Unzer (formerly known as Heidelpay). This payment method is not available in all countries. Your bank must support iDEAL. In addition, iDEAL is currently not available for purchases via smartphones.
