2.5 TFSI exhaust manifold of the highest class

This is the latest highlight from our development department: our High Boost exhaust manifold for installing Garrett G-Series turbochargers on your 2.5 TFSI engine (engine codes CEPA with DAZA downpipe, DAZA and DNW).

Our high-end manifold for the EA855EVO engine provides everything your turbocharger needs to achieve extreme power outputs of over 1000 hp. Its response is lightning fast and puts everything else in the shade.

In addition, it is extremely light and therefore perfect for motorsport, as you can save valuable kilos. As always, we have also manufactured this manifold from the finest materials and used the most advanced technology to guarantee you extreme driving pleasure.

Collector from the 3D printer: seamless flow for top performance

Thanks to the latest technology, we have succeeded in producing a collector using a 3D printer. It is made from Inconel® 625 with the best material properties and ensures perfect and seamless transitions. It also contains a thread for an exhaust gas temperature sensor. We have developed the manifold specifically for the high-quality Garrett G30 & G35 so that you can treat your engine to the best parts. The runner design has been adapted and flow-optimized to the extreme performance potential in true BAR-TEK style.

  • Latest CFD-optimized exhaust manifold made of 1.4828 special steel
  • 3D-printed collector made of INCONEL® 625 (optimal material properties)
  • Extremely light compared to conventional stainless-steel manifolds at only 4.5 kg

The manifold is manufactured to an extremely high standard and made from the finest materials.

Attention: In addition to an engine modified for this power level, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work. For example, on the air intake, downpipe, oil and water lines and fuel supply. New software is also required. The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and specialist knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a condition suitable for the intended power in order to achieve the maximum possible output.
