Upgrade Pressure relief valve for the fuel system for all 2.0 TFSI with more than 300 hp.
The fuel supply in the TFSI engine consists of two circuits:
Firstly, the low-pressure system (pump in the tank) with approx. 3 to 5 bar working pressure. The low-pressure pump supplies the high-pressure pump on the engine, which operates at a high pressure of 50 to 130 bar.
From an engine output of 300 hp, the high-pressure pump should be replaced with a more powerful one. This upgrade valve MUST also be used!
This valve establishes the connection between high and low pressure. This valve is absolutely essential to maintain a constant higher fuel pressure.
