Description

Our upgrade turbocharger for over 700 hp for the 2.0 TSI EA888 evo4 engine as in the Golf 8. And all plug and play!

Real bang and with just a little boost pressure! We make 2 bar boost pressure already at 3500 rpm. 6.30 seconds with 98 octane only. Without WMI or ethanol.

The elaborately developed compressor wheel, which is milled CNC and precisely fitted into the optimised compressor housing, contributes to this.

The optimised turbine wheel is specially designed for this performance increase and the turbine housing is adapted accordingly.

All components of the turbocharger are of extremely high quality and made from the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing specially manufactured for this turbocharger, an exhaust gas housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a higher exhaust gas flow rate is used.

A higher exhaust gas temperature of up to 1050°C is possible.

The software must be customised. We also recommend our suction and intercooler.

You can keep your old turbocharger. No replacement necessary. This means you can rebuild the vehicle if necessary. This ultimately saves a lot of time and money.

We need your original electric actuator to install and calibrate the turbocharger. Please send us the actuator after ordering. If we do not receive an actuator, we will send the turbocharger without the electric actuator and you will have to fit it yourself.
