Multi-layer cylinder head gasket optionally with stainless steel sealing rings.

Athena presents the new cut ring cylinder head gasket for the DAZA and DNW.

Cut ring gaskets are perfect for turbo engines running high boost pressure. These high-performance engines need gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. That’s why Athena developed the only racing gasket on the market for these engines, guaranteeing maximum sealing under all conditions. The gasket is made from exclusive Motor Gasket® material and features stainless steel sealing rings, CNC machined from solid to seal each cylinder bore opening even under the highest loads. Motor Gasket® withstands all stresses from high-compression engines and is treated with special anti-stick and anti-wear coatings.

You should definitely use new head bolts! Or even better, ARP stud bolts.

Note: The rings must be installed with the grooves facing up! The specified bore is always that of the head gasket! That means the bore diameter of your cylinder must always be 0.5 - 1.0 mm smaller than that of the head gasket!

Fits all EA855EVO engines.
