Description

With this V3 K04 kit you achieve a real engine power up to 500HP!

This turns your 2.0L TSI into a real rocket. More power and torque in all situations - you are literally pressed into the seat! All this is made possible by our upgrade V3 turbocharger: CNC milled compressor impeller with perfectly optimized geometry, reinforced large rotor shaft and many other highlights.

This is what you can expect with the K04 kit:

  • An engine performance up to 500 HP
  • A great driving experience through super acceleration
  • High quality parts from BAR-TEK®, KKK, coils and VAG
  • All components are perfectly matched
  • Easy assembly due to all-round carefree package

This is included in the kit:

  • V3 K04 upgrade Turbocharger
  • RSX Injector Kit BAR-TEK®
  • BAR-TEK power pipe kit
  • BAR-TEK pressure pipe
  • BAR-TEK® High FLOW Blow Off Adapter
  • Pop off valve latest version
  • Oil inlet and return line
  • Cable set for pop off valve
  • Gasket to cylinder head and Downpipe
  • Copper nuts for fixing turbocharger to cylinder head
  • Stud bolt with copper nuts for Downpipe

Fits the following 2.0L TSI EA888 vehicles with K03 and K04 turbochargers:

  • 2.0L TSI EA888 engines with engine codes: CAWB, CCZA and CCZB.
  • As for example installed in VW Golf 6 GTI 211 HP (EA888 with chain)

To reach the 500 HP you need our Downpipe with the Milltek exhaust system, upgrade intercooler and the upgrade high pressure pump. For the whole thing to last and be suitable for everyday use, reinforced Supertech valve springs, steel connecting rods with forged pistons must be installed. We recommend: our Mahle - conrod & piston set. See below under accessories! For the power transmission you have to mount our sport clutch kit from Sachs for manual transmissions and our reinforced DSG clutch for DSG cars. You can find all parts under accessories.
