Description

V2 K04 upgrade turbocharger from Turbo-Total up to 500 hp for 2.0 TSI EA888 engines with chain.

With our V3 upgrade turbocharger we have a completely revised turbo with which you can achieve an engine output of up to 500 hp. Suitable components such as e. g. Exhaust system with downpipe, high-pressure pump, injection nozzles and suitable software tuning are required for 500 hp. To ensure that the whole thing lasts and is suitable for everyday use, reinforced conrods with forged pistons must be installed. Here we recommend: our Mahle - conrods & piston set. See below under accessories!

Large rotor shaft, which contributes to stability

Reinforced actuator, therefore no fluttering and always a stable engine boost pressure
Turbocharger balanced to the smallest tolerances
Adapted pressure side for EA888 chain motor

The turbocharger is a new part, not an exchange or remanufactured supercharger
Plug&Play fits in 2.0 TSI EA888 engines
New gasket, stud bolt and copper nuts are included free of charge!

Supplied complete with manifold, actuator and boost pressure control valve.

We recommend replacing at least the oil supply line!

Suitable for:

2.0 TSI EA888 Engines with the engine codes: CAWB, CCZA and CCZB.

Our V2 upgrade turbocharger is based on KKK K04 and is therefore a plug & play fit for the typical TSI downpipe intake and pressure lines.

Blue coating of the manifold is not included in the price:

The ceramic coating is better than any heat tape.
The process is still applied individually by hand to each component.
All kinds of components such as manifolds or turbocharger exhaust turbines can be coated.
First, a base coating is applied in a beige colour.
Then up to 14 different colours can be selected.
The price is calculated according to effort and colour and starts at 250 euros upwards.
