Completely tuned and fully built engine based on BWA or CDL: For all 2.0 TFSI engines, as installed for example in the Golf 5, Leon Cupra or Audi A3.

This race engine is for you if you really crave performance and power. If you get goosebumps just thinking about the hp. And especially if you don’t feel like having to plan out an engine with all its components.

You want to drive 600 hp and more right here and now – completely without having to worry about anything? Then we’ll do that with your engine: 2.0 liter, 4 valves/cylinder, over 600 hp reliably! Only the very finest of the finest is installed here. Perfectly matched components harmonize in all situations, which means there are hardly any limits to the power upwards.

We turn your TFSI (EA113) into a genuine tuning engine

Just because you’re into motorsport and want to experience the feeling doesn’t mean you have to be able to build a race engine yourself. We take care of that for you. All of our motorsport know-how flows into our tuning engine so that all you have to do is enjoy the pleasure of driving. You can drive reliably with over 600 hp and simply install our race engine plug and play in place of the old engine or have it installed.

This is how your TSI engine becomes a TSI race engine

This is what happens to the engine block:

The block is measured and bored to the first oversize (83 mm). Then it is honed, decked and painted. The crankshaft is balanced, straightened and all journals are polished. Pistons and conrods are measured and weighed. All weights are matched to each other. The balance shafts are renewed. The running clearance as well as the ring gap are set. All parts are assembled. Of course, we also pay attention to all bearing clearances. You don’t have anything left to do.

We install the following parts in the block:

• JE Ultra Series forged piston
• our in-house X-beam steel conrods with ARP2000 screws
• new forged crankshaft, straightened, finely balanced and polished
• ACL RACE main bearing shells
• thrust washers
• ACL Race conrod bearings or sputter
• ARP stud bolts for the main bearing tunnel
• All chains and timing belts new incl. housing cover
• conversion to 1.8T oil pump
• block stiffening plate with ARP stud bolts in the main bearing tunnel

We perform the following work on the cylinder head:

the head is measured, cleaned and decked. The valve seat is checked and re-cut if necessary.

Stage 1 cylinder head:

• exhaust ports CNC machined
• combustion chamber CNC machined
• seat rings renewed

We install the following parts in the head:

• ARP head stud bolts High Boost
• Viton valve stem seals
• our in-house valve spring kit with titanium spring retainers
• Ferrea intake valves standard size
• Ferrea exhaust valves +1 mm oversize
• Athena metal head gasket
• Catcams camshafts measured, straightened and polished

Our race engine does NOT require an exchange and can be swapped plug and play for your stock engine.

The gearbox should in any case also be reinforced.
