Ideal Set of Forged Pistons and Conrods for 2.5L TFSI Engines

With this kit, you get the perfect combination of forged pistons, H-beam steel con-rods and ACL con-rod bearings for your 2.5L TFSI. All components harmonize ideally with one another. You don’t have to search any longer and can even save money!

With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our exclusively developed high-performance forged pistons in cooperation with MAHLE Motorsport.

Our ambition was to develop a perfect piston especially for the EA855 engine, which easily withstands performances of 700PS and much more. Specially developed ring zones, in combination with improved piston rings, enable enormous increases in performance. Thanks to the new piston design, high boost pressures are no longer a problem even with the aluminum block.

Suitable for your 2.5L TFSI engine as installed in the Audi RS3 and TT RS, the set includes high-quality forged pistons by MAHLE. They have a special alloy and thus allow for reduced movement and a quiet engine running even in the cold start-up phase. The combination of our H-beam steel con-rods with the MAHLE pistons is absolutely perfect. The con-rods have been milled from a solid block, which makes them 100% stable and extremely lightweight. This is why they are the perfect con-rods for the ambitious tuning of your 2.5L TFSI engine.

Features of the pistons:

  • new, exclusive piston design especially for 2.5L TFSI engines
  • Specially designed ring zones and improved piston rings
  • Low running play possible thanks to special alloy
  • Quiet engine running even in the cold start phase
  • High performance piston pin 21mm
  • Ideal compression of 9.5:1 and optimal piston shape for 2.5L TFSI engines
  • For standard bore 82.50mm
  • Low blowby due to special ring zones
  • Anti-friction graphite coating

Features of the H-beam con-rods:

  • Original BAR-TEK
  • high-strength and milled from a solid block
  • suitable for extreme increases in performance
  • extremely lightweight and very stable
  • Magnaflux inspected
  • 5 units per kit
  • With ARP 2000 3/8” stretch bolts
  • ARP fitting grease
  • With an additional hole for piston pin greasing

Features of ACL con-rod bearings:

  • Race bearings
  • Coated
  • Extra bore for piston pin

Of course you can also install the Race V2 pistons in the old 5 cylinder (CEPA, CEPB and CZG)

The specified compression ratio is valid in combination with a cylinder-head gasket in standard thickness.
