Race conrod bearing shells for 2.5L TFSI engines in the Audi RS3 and TTRS.

Our bearing shells are designed to withstand higher engine power. Longer engine life due to special coatings. Multiple coatings improve heat transfer and maximize adhesion between the bearings and the conrod.

The bearing shells are constructed as follows:

  • Lead, tin and copper coating
  • Nickel coating
  • Copper and lead coating
  • hardened steel backing

Further advantages:

  • High strength despite reduced thickness.
  • Improved oil film due to improved oil bore.
  • Enlarged ID chamfers on the bearing edges.
