This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
- Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
- Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
- Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
- Leaks in the boost pressure system.
- Contaminants in the oil.
- Blocked engine ventilation.
- Increased exhaust back pressure.
- Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
- Theft, accidents, or flooding.
- Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
3. Warranty Claims:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.
4. No Transfer of Warranty:
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
- Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
- If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
- In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

2.0L TFSI aluminum tube from turbo outlet to intercooler
With our 2.0L TFSI pressure pipe you get the perfect connection between turbo and charge air cooler in S3 technology!
The original pipes are made of plastic and are produced very tightly, which hinders the air flow. With tuned engines with increased performance, the high boost pressure can even cause the original pipe to burst. In the worst case, you risk capital damage to the engine.
Our pressure pipe has a larger diameter, is made of aluminum and is bent like a spindle. This ensures the maximum and best airflow. The response of the turbocharger improves and you can get the maximum performance.
The pressure pipe can easily withstand the high temperatures of a tuned engine. With the robust powder coating, the pressure pipe has a high-quality OEM look.
Important: The BAR-TEK 2.0L TFSI pressure pipe kit does not fit in the Golf 5 GTI, Jetta, Audi A3 etc. with K03 charger!
Fits only when converting to K04 loaders (such as the Audi S3).
Vehicles with the original S3 intercooler require a different hose to connect to the S3 LLK. Please select the version above.
We successfully tested this kit in our 2.0L Audi A3 TFSI. Tried Nürburgring!
