Description

High-strength H-shaft steel connecting rods for all BMW S55 and N55 engines

For your performance-enhanced BMW engine, you need conrod, which can also handle the extreme performance. The forces that pull on connecting rods are so intense that the standard connecting rods would simply break. To avoid the risk of engine damage, you should use high-strength steel connecting rods for S55 & N55 engines. They are extremely strong because they are machined from solid. At the same time, they are super lightweight, which makes them ideal for your tuning project. Perfectly matched to the Manley steel connecting rods are also the Mahle and JE Pistons forged pistons. In combination, you have the absolute dream team for more power and driving fun.

This makes the Manley conrod perfect for high performance:

The conrod do not fit with original harness piston

BMW-conrod correct mounting

The BMW-conrod should absolutely be mounted professionally. Here, in addition to the correct tightening of connecting rod screws, it is also important that the stretch of the expansion screw is set exactly. For this purpose, our V2 dial gauge for connecting rod screws is the ideal tool. The dial gauge is suitable for all common expansion bolts. If you want to have the assembly done by professionals, just make an appointment with us. Here you can find our contact form.
