Our latest intercooler for the third-generation 2.0 TSI EA888, such as e. g. in the Golf 7 GTI or Audi S3 and many more.
With our new intercooler V2, with special guide vanes in the radiator, you can reach a new level of engine tuning. Because this intercooler supplies your engine with perfectly cooled air thanks to improved air distribution.
This means the following for you:
As engine performance increases, the correct cooling is also important. If the intake temperature is too warm, a reduction in performance is very noticeable. With the original and poorly manufactured intercoolers, the air is not cooled properly because the intercooler is not flow-optimised. This means that you have to reckon with reduced performance and therefore less fun.
This is where our intercooler flexes its muscles. It consists of special flow distribution channels. These ensure that the charge air is properly distributed over the entire surface of the radiator. This not only increases the effective engine performance, it also increases the knock resistance and the efficiency of the engine including turbocharger!
