Description

Gasoline Catchtank optionally with or without Bosch 044 fuel pump - suitable for engine outputs up to 650 HP!

Gasoline catchtanks are used in motorsports and heavily tuned vehicles. This ensures a constant fuel pressure and a permanent fuel supply. The Catchtank is filled from the series tank by the original gasoline pump, whereby the gasoline pumps always enough fuel is available. In the Catchtank itself ensteht a slight overpressure. This eliminates the risk of pumps running dry and also counteracts the risk of cavitation. The compact design eliminates the need for additional lines and connections between pumps and tank. In addition, with this system there are fewer connections that can leak.

The 2-literCatchtank is ideal for realizing an uninterrupted supply of fuel for racing vehicles or heavily performance-enhanced road vehicles. The Catchtank can be securely fastened to the base plate in the vehicle. A fuel pump with 60 mm outer diameter (for example Bosch 044 or AEM 50-1009) can be inserted directly into the tank, enabling a particularly space- and material-saving installation.
