Our team of experienced motorsport professionals develops many of our tuning parts themselves in our workshop, "Area 51". Every item is tested and further developed on our internal performance test bench until it meets our high standards. In addition, every new product from external manufacturers also goes through our quality control and only enters the store when we would install it in our own mothers' cars. Our quality and safety standards are permanently increased in this way.

Warranty conditions for BAR-TEK® and Turbo-Total products
Regardless of statutory warranty claims, we offer a voluntary three-year warranty on our BAR-TEK® products and Turbo-Total brand performance turbochargers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
Improper installation or maintenance.
Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
Leaks in the boost pressure system.
Contaminants in the oil.
Blocked engine ventilation.
Increased exhaust back pressure.
Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
Theft, accidents, or flooding.
Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
3. Warranty Claims:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.
4. No Transfer of Warranty:
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

Power up to 1000 hp? No problem with our ULTIMATE kit! The most important things for your engine in one kit. More is not possible.
With this set, you have the perfect combination of forged pistons and our connecting rods for your 2.0 TFSI engine. The high-performance pistons come from JE Pistons as Ultra Series, the titanium-nitrided BAR-TEK® X-shafted steel connecting rods with ARP connecting rod bolts, the connecting rod bearings from ACL, the MLS head gasket and ARP stud bolt for the cylinder head. Everything you need. Not only do these components harmonise perfectly with each other, but you also save money as a set compared to buying them individually.
The JE Pistons piston are specially coated for extreme performance and come with the High Boost piston pin. At the same time, they are still quite light. This combination is of course perfect for motorsport. The piston come with everything you need for installation: pins, rings and clips.
Our specially titanium-nitrided steel connecting rods are also extremely light and at the same time very stable. Thanks to their surface, they can easily withstand high pressure loads. They are milled from solid material and have an additional hole for better piston pin lubrication (rifle drilled). They also come with everything you need for assembly: the matching ARP2000 expansion bolts and assembly paste.
Features of the high-performance piston:
Extremely light due to special alloy
Reinforced for maximum performance
Also for standard bore 82.50 mm
20 mm piston pin
For 2.0 TFSI with motor type EA113
Installation and bore dimensions enclosed
Features of the X-shaft conrods:
high-strength milled from solid material
suitable for extreme power increases of 1000 hp
extremely light and very stable
