Description

With our V2 turbo kit you achieve a real engine power of up to 420 hp!
This turns your 2.0 TFSI into a rocket. More power and torque in every situation. The V2 kit is an extended stage of our V1 kit. It includes a perfectly optimized upgrade turbocharger with many highlights such as e. g. a compressor wheel with specially optimized geometry and an exhaust wheel which has been machined. All this means more power, durability, and faster response.

This is what you can expect from the V2 K04 kit:

  • Engine power up to 420 hp.
  • A great driving experience and even more acceleration
  • High-quality parts from BAR-TEK®, KKK, SPULEN and Forge as well as VAG

The kit includes:

  • V2 upgrade K04 turbocharger
  • BAR-TEK Power pipe kit
  • BAR-TEK boost pipe
  • BAR-TEK® High FLOW blow off adapter
  • Blow off valve latest version
  • Silicone hose for blow off valve
  • Wiring harness for blow off valve
  • Gasket for cylinder head and downpipe
  • Copper nuts for fastening the turbocharger to the cylinder head
  • Stud bolts with copper nuts for the downpipe

Bartek has personally tested the kit in his Audi A3 in everyday use and on the Nordschleife. The conclusion of the long-time 2.0 TFSI expert: An increase in power that guarantees fun when accelerating and all this with absolute everyday usability at a fair price!

To reach 420 hp you need our downpipe with the Milltek exhaust system and the upgrade high-pressure pump as well as our intercooler.

So that the 420 hp are durable, you absolutely need reinforced conrods. Here you can choose the right conrods! You can find the matching forged pistons for even more stability here!
