Regardless of statutory warranty claims, we offer a voluntary three-year warranty on our BAR-TEK® products and Turbo-Total brand performance turbochargers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
- Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
- Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
- Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
- Leaks in the boost pressure system.
- Contaminants in the oil.
- Blocked engine ventilation.
- Increased exhaust back pressure.
- Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
- Theft, accidents, or flooding.
- Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
3. Warranty Claims:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.
4. No Transfer of Warranty:
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
- Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
- If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
- In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

To achieve maximum performance, we need maximum flow! The flanges, including the first bends at the turbocharger, have been milled entirely from solid material CNC. This is the only way to make full use of the installation space. This allows us to achieve approximately 16% higher flow rate.
Our Turbo Inlets are compatible with the standard RS6/RS7 intake system. The inlet is a very important component between turbocharger and the intake system, because only when the entire path to the turbocharger is optimised can the full potential of turbocharger and the engine be utilised.
As the original component is restrictive and also features edges and dents that hinder airflow, it is not designed for performance but actually generates turbulence and dynamic pressure. With our inlets, higher maximum power and improved responsiveness are possible.
The spacers on the turbo are compatible with the original S6/S7 and RS6/RS7 turbocharger s. If upgraded turbos with enlarged compressor housings are fitted, we can manufacture the spacers to your required dimensions.

Please note: For the S6 and S7, conversion to the RS6/RS7 air filter box including the Y-pipe is necessary, as these have the required 60mm connections instead of 55mm. A further advantage is the 100mm filter connection instead of 90mm. The OEM rubber hose for the crankcase ventilation on the underside of the right-hand intake manifold must be shortened by approx. 2.5 cm.
