Description

2.0L TFSI Kill-Kit for the vulnerable balance shafts in the oil pan.

  • More engine power due to less moving masses (similar to a lightened flywheel)
  • Therefore more engine power especially when accelerating
  • More engine oil, therefore better oil supply
  • More powerful oil pump
  • Less oil foaming
  • Easy installation of an oil cooler possible

For all 4 cylinder 2.0L TFSI engines with timing belt drive (EA113 series).

We recommend to install additionally our 1.8T oil cooler, the heat exchanger, our short oil filter and the connection kit for the heat exchanger.
If both are fitted, then our special pressure pipe is also required.
If you do not want to install these parts, the riser pipe on the oil filter holder must be shortened to fit.

You need our special pressure pipe, because the original one touches the oil filter. See below under accessories!

Attention: Oil pump must be drilled out to 9mm at one hole. Helicoil is used with special tools. (Tap Helicoil M8x1,25)

Technisch Top

Technisch ist dieses Kit einfach eine 1! Leider muss bei eingebautem Motor, nur für die kleine Kette der Zahnriemen runter, Stirndeckel und das Kurbelwellenzahnrad runter (Am Besten LKW Schlagschrauber vorher besorgen) Das ganze hätte man mit einer offenen Kette und Kettenschloss sich sparen können, dann könnte man diese mit der alten Kette einfach durchziehen. Nur leider ist die Kette hier bei Bartek geschlossen und vernietet. Ist der einzige Nachteil hier an diesem Kit. Aber schnellerer Versand als mit Ama*** Prime ;)
