Description

V2 K04 upgrade Turbocharger from Turbo-Total® up to 440 HP for 2.0L TSI EA888 engines with chain.

With our V2 upgrade turbocharger we have a completely revised Turo with which you can achieve an engine power up to 440HP. Suitable components such as exhaust system with Downpipe, high pressure pump, injectors and suitable software tuning are necessary for 440 HP. So that the whole thing holds and is suitable for everyday use, reinforced conrod with forged pistons must be installed. Here we recommend: our Mahle - conrod & piston set. See below under accessories!

This is what our V2 upgrade turbocharger has to offer

  • Large milled V2 compressor impeller with optimized geometry
  • CNC milled and flow optimized compressor housing
  • Cut back exhaust gas wheel
  • Optimized turbine housing
  • Reinforced 360° support for even more durability
  • Turbocharger balanced to smallest tolerances
  • Adapted pressure side for EA888 chain engine
  • Closure for crankcase ventilation
  • The turbocharger is a new part, no exchange or remanufactured charger
  • Plug&Play fit in 2.0L TSI EA888 engines
  • New gasket, stud bolt and copper nuts are included for free!

Delivery complete with manifold, pressure can and boost pressure control valve. 
We recommend at least the oil supply line to renew with!

Our V2 upgrade turbocharger is based on KKK K04 and is therefore Plug&Play to the TSI typical downpipes, intake and pressure lines suitable. 

The installation of performance increasing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance-compliant condition in order to achieve the maximum possible performance.

We now offer a 3-year warranty on this Turbo-Total Upgrade-Turbocharger! Since we are convinced of our product beyond measure, we offer you this extra service. Thanks to our more than 30 years of experience with the Turbo-Total and the constant exchange and close coorperation with Garrett, we can offer you this extra service.
