Our team of experienced motorsport professionals develops many of our tuning parts themselves in our workshop, "Area 51". Every item is tested and further developed on our internal performance test bench until it meets our high standards. In addition, every new product from external manufacturers also goes through our quality control and only enters the store when we would install it in our own mothers' cars. Our quality and safety standards are permanently increased in this way.

Warranty conditions for BAR-TEK® and Turbo-Total products
Regardless of statutory warranty claims, we offer a voluntary three-year warranty on our BAR-TEK® products and Turbo-Total brand performance turbochargers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The statutory rights of the consumer ("warranty holder") remain unaffected by this warranty.
1. Commencement of the warranty:
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
Improper installation or maintenance.
Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.
Incorrect engine tuning, such as... B. due to excessive boost pressure or excessive exhaust gas temperature.
Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.
Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
Leaks in the boost pressure system.
Contaminants in the oil.
Blocked engine ventilation.
Increased exhaust back pressure.
Inadequate dimensioning of the intake or other components.
Theft, accidents, or flooding.
Exceeding the maximum permissible turbo speed.
Our racing engines are excluded from the three-year warranty.
3. Warranty Claims:
In the event of a warranty claim, we have the right to either replace or repair the defective part. Claims beyond repair are not accepted. Claims by the warranty holder due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part, our agents, or legal representatives, as well as claims for injury to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.
4. No Transfer of Warranty:
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. In particular, it does not apply in the case of resale or gifting.
5. Notification and Handling of Warranty Claims:
Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

Large 76mm stainless steel downpipe with racing catalytic converter for all 2.0 TFSI and TSI such as in the Audi TT(S), A3, S3 and VW Golf 6 and many more.
This high-quality stainless steel downpipe has a diameter of 3". The connection for the exhaust system is tapered so that the original exhaust system also fits the downpipe. The racing catalytic converter is a 200 cell metal catalytic converter which again significantly reduces the exhaust back pressure. The downpipe is mounted directly at the outlet of the turbocharger and guides the exhaust gases to the catalytic converter.
The larger the diameter of the downpipe, the better for the engine's power delivery. The exhaust back pressure is thus reduced and the service life of the turbocharger is positively influenced.
The main advantages:
89mm before catalytic converter
Largest possible pipe routing
Elimination of the pre-cat
200cpi racing catalytic converter
Interlock flex pipe
Significant increase in performance
Much faster acceleration of the engine
Lower exhaust temperatures and exhaust back pressure
Longer service life of the turbo and engine
(No approval, registration possibly by individual approval)
