Description

BAR-TEK® Racing aluminum oil pan with cooling fins for 1.8 & 2.0 TSI EA888 engines.

The oil pan is CNC-milled from a solid aluminum block. Thanks to the complex machining on a CNC milling center, we were able to implement great features, e. g.:

  • Cooling fins over the entire surface.
  • Optimal heat dissipation thanks to high-quality material.
  • Reinforcement of the engine block through high-strength aluminum instead of the original plastic oil pan.
  • More oil volume, ensuring better oil supply.
  • black anodized

Due to the cooling fins and the high-quality aluminum, heat dissipation and therefore cooling are significantly improved. Furthermore, the aluminum oil pan is much more stable than the original plastic oil pan and thus also stiffens the engine block.

Features of our BAR-TEK® upgrade oil pan:

  • Milled from solid aluminum and therefore more stable
  • Better heat dissipation thanks to aluminum
  • Better cooling through cooling fins
  • Elaborately CNC-milled (machining time 7.5 hours)
  • Very high-quality workmanship, all surfaces face-milled
  • Lightweight, only 2.5 kg and ultra stable
  • Plus 2 liters of oil volume for additional engine cooling by up to 15°C!
  • incl. our magnetic oil drain plug

The underbody cover must be spaced with distance sleeves.

The oil pan is 10 mm higher than the stock oil pan.
