<p>Upgrade Haldex spring for all MQB vehicles such as e. g. Golf 7R, S3, TTS, TT RS or RS3</p><p>Our modified spring is easy to install and provides higher contact pressure, which helps to achieve faster 0–100 km/h times in drag racing or for launches in general.</p><p>The stock parameters of the Haldex are factory set and can be adjusted or optimized by means of software and/or control unit. However, we wanted to provide a different way without having to possess in-depth software knowledge.</p><p>Inside the Haldex unit there is a pressure relief valve – comparable to a bypass valve for the rear axle differential. As soon as the pressure in the Haldex unit reaches a certain value, the valve opens and releases the excess pressure. By replacing our spring, we can mechanically increase the contact pressure of the Haldex clutches.<br /></p><p>This is a simple hardware upgrade and does not require any additional software. Only basic adjustments via VCDS or e. g. The valve is located directly above the flange of the propshaft.</li></ul>
