2. Exclusions from the warranty:
The warranty is void in the event of improper use and, in particular, in the following cases:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Opening the turbocharger or removing seals.

- Use of unsuitable or incorrect lubricants.

- Material and manufacturing defects covered by the warranty must be reported within the warranty period. The warranty claim must be reported in writing (e.g., by letter or email) within one month of its occurrence. The date of receipt of the notification by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
- If the repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer bears the costs of shipping to and from the warrantor.
- In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the warranty holder bears the costs of the repair. In this case, we will inform the warranty holder and provide a cost estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out with the express consent of the warranty holder.

Our upgrade turbo outlet for new 2.0L TSI EA888 generation 3 chain-driven engines with pistons (e.g. in the Audi A3 8V, Audi S3 8V and Golf MK7) ensures lots and lots of fun on the road.
Unlike with the original part, no air turbulences occur any longer with the BAR-TEK outlet kit since it has no interfering transfer ports. The charge air can flow optimally. Due to the optimal flow, the response of the turbo is hugely improved, and the sound is even richer.
Above all, you get more performance out of your TSI Gen3 engine and have absolutely more fun on the road!
