Description

Complete sport kit for 2.0L TFSI from Sachs RACE incl. single mass flywheel

This kit from Sachs is the ideal sport clutch kit for daily use. The reinforced pressure plate with special coating provides better grip. With the clutch disc you have the choice - organic or sintered metal. The single mass flywheel made of steel is very light. The kit is suitable for a continuous load of up to 600 Nm.

A dual mass flywheel is fitted as standard, which does provide some comfort when starting, but is very heavy. In addition, it does not withstand a higher torque transmission. To prevent damage to your clutch and transmission, upgrade with this kit!

Features

  • Reinforced pressure plate for better grip, available in organic or sintered.
  • Spring loaded clutch disc, selectable with organic or sintered racing pads.
  • Suitable for continuous loads up to 600 Nm
  • including hardened flywheel bolts

Attention: Spring pack of the clutch must be on the engine side.

When converting to a single-mass flywheel, rattling noises may occu in neutral.. However, these are harmless and occur in the transmission. As soon as the clutch is pressed, these noises disappear.

The only remedy is a harmonic vibration damper but the noises will not disappear completely. In addition, of course, the pedal force increases, since the clutch is designed for higher torques.
