Description

Low pressureupgrade-fuel pump from BAR-TEK® for all TFSI & TSI engines now in V3 RACE version up to 700hp!

The fuel supply for the 2.0L TFSI engine consists of two circuits:

On the one hand from the low pressure system (pump in the tank) and on the other hand from the high pressure system. The low-pressure pump supplies the high-pressure pump on the engine. If the engine power is higher, the low-pressure pump should also be adapted to the higher fuel consumption required in addition to the high-pressure pump. Otherwise, especially under full load, the low pressure may not be sufficient and the engine may run down. Capital engine damage can result from this!

With many replacement pumps on tuned engines, the problem is that the engine gets no more fuel for a short time at ¼ tank filling when cornering. This can cause the engine to start stuttering or even quit. So some replacement pumps have the problem that the original fuel pump bracket has to be machined. This causes the pump to not sit deep enough in the tank.

No further changes for example to the engine software necessary with series software!
Delivery capacity at 3bar / approx. 350 liters per hour

After installation, check the tank gauge and adjust with VCDS if necessary.

If our pump should not function correctly, please let the software tuner program the control of the pump (PWM signal) to series!
