<p><strong>Low-pressure upgrade- fuel pump from BAR-TEK® for all TFSI & TSI engines now in the V3 RACE version up to 700 hp!<br /></strong></p>
<p>The fuel supply in the 2.0 TFSI engine consists of two circuits:</p>
<p>One is the <strong>low-pressure system</strong> (pump in the tank) and the other is the <strong>high-pressure system</strong>. The low-pressure pump supplies the high-pressure pump on the engine. With a higher engine output, the low-pressure pump should also be adapted to the higher fuel consumption required in addition to the high-pressure pump. Otherwise, the low pressure may not be sufficient, especially under full load, and the engine may run down. This can result in serious engine damage!</p>
<p>The problem with many replacement pumps on tuned engines is that the engine runs out of fuel for a short time when cornering after ¼ tank of fuel. This can cause the engine to start stuttering or even stall. Some replacement pumps therefore have the problem that the original fuel pump bracket has to be machined. As a result, the pump does not sit deep enough in the tank.</p>
<ul>
<li>Pump unit is simply plug & play replaced</li>
<li>Please choose between front or all-wheel drive</li>
<li>No further changes necessary, for example to the engine software with standard software!</li>
<li>Delivery rate at 3 bar / approx. 350 litres per hour</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>After installation, check the fuel gauge and readjust with VCDS if necessary.<br /></strong></p><p><strong>The output stage or the </strong><a target="_blank" href="https://www.bar-tek.com/control-unit-fuel-pump-low-pressure-2-0-l-tfsi-tsi" rel="noreferrer noopener">Control unit</a><strong> should always be replaced together with the pump in order to really be able to call up the performance of your upgrade pump.<br /></strong></p>
<p><strong>If our pump does not function correctly, please have the software tuner programme the pump control (PWM signal) to series!</strong></p>
