Forged high-performance pistons from JE Piston for all 1.8T engines to increase the displacement to 2.1 litres.

Bore 82.50mm or 83.00mm ( standard 81.00mm )
20mm piston pin
Compression ratio 8.5:1
For 144x20mm conrods
For 95.50mm stroker crankshaft
Complete set incl. piston pin, rings and clips
Installation and bore dimensions included
2.1 litre displacement is achieved with a 95.5mm stroke crankshaft. The specified compression is in conjunction with a 1mm cylinder head gasket.
Price for a set of JE piston without coating, but this can be specially manufactured by JE for an additional charge.

As the standard connecting rods cannot withstand a power increase from 300 hp, we recommend using steel connecting rods.
From a boost pressure of 2 bar, reinforced TURBO piston pins must be used. (see below)
