Description

The AEM water/methanol injection without storage tank is specially designed for extremely turbocharged engines with high boost pressures above 2.4 bar. The multi-input controller enables control via various signals such as 0-5V/MAF frequency, Volt/PWM and external MAP signals. 

Main features of this system are: 

  • Multi-input controller for external signals (0-5V/MAF frequency, Volt/PWM, Ext MAP)
  • Failsafe output for additional safety
  • Status and warning LED for easy monitoring
  • Three interchangeable injectors (250cc/min, 500cc/min & 1,000cc/min) for flexible customization
  • A powerful pump with a pressure of 13.8 bar for effective injection 

Included is:

  • multi-input controller
  • 200 PSI pump
  • nozzle kit
  • nylon lines
  • wiring harness. 

This system provides a reliable way to inject water/methanol to increase performance and reduce charge air temperatures in highly turbocharged engines without the need for a separate supply tank.
