Wastegates, like turbocharger, generate an extreme amount of heat, but a blanket keeps the heat under control and prevents it from spreading into the engine compartment.

The ultimate means of shielding and protecting all engine components. Made from pulverised volcanic rock, with silicon filler. With integrated anchoring hooks for securing.
