The oil catchtank kit from 034Motorsport from the USA.

The engineers at 034Motorsport have done everything to develop the most comprehensive and effective catch can kit on the market for the 2.5 TFSI engine. The 034Motorsport billet aluminum catch can kit for the 8J Audi TT RS features a completely revised high-performance design that ensures optimum crankcase ventilation while keeping oil and water vapor away from the intake tract. In addition, this system prevents any oil from being returned to the intake tract even during hard driving and high cornering loads on track. This kit drastically reduces carbon buildup in the intake tract and greatly extends the life of the engine.

Features:

  • Prevents deposits of oil in the intake manifold and on the intake valves
  • Reduces carbon buildup
  • Ensures clean combustion
  • Ensures proper ventilation of the crankcase
  • Integrated oil dipstick for easy level check
  • Retains the factory engine cover

Included in the kit:

  • CNC-machined billet aluminum catchtank (black anodized)
  • CNC-machined billet aluminum bracket (black anodized)
  • Dash 10 catchtank inlet and outlet hoses with nylon braid
  • No-drill mounting bracket

On vehicles with an activated charcoal filter, this must be removed or relocated. Alternatively, you have to find another place for the catchtank.

Note on use in cold climates:
The catchtank from Integrated is designed only for warm climates.
In winter, at temperatures below 0°C, the condensate that forms in the system can freeze. This would cause increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking the catchtank system more frequently in winter or removing it completely for the cold season.
