One of the best oil catchtank on the market, universally usable. Open version with ventilation to the atmosphere via a filter in the lid.

With the catchtank from Vibrant, the oil vapors of the crankcase ventilation are no longer routed back into the intake system. The oil vapors are filtered and discharged into the atmosphere.

The advantages of this system are:

No contamination of the intake valves and the intake system.
No more idle fluctuations due to contaminated throttle body or tumble flaps.
The collected oil is filtered and can be drained.

Features:

Integrated oil dipstick. Easy reading of the fill level.
Highest manufacturing quality.
Made of aluminum, black anodized.
Filter recessed in the lid.
26.6 cm high (with connections), 11.25 cm in diameter.
Connections: 2x Dash 12 / -12AN.
2.0 L.
With integrated bracket.
Oil drain plug (8 AN) in the bottom.

The catchtank is designed only for warm climates.
In winter, at temperatures below 0°C, the condensate that forms in the system can freeze. This would result in increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking the catchtank system more frequently in winter or removing it completely during the cold season.
