High flow fuel pump 245 lph with offset inlet AEM

The AEM 245lph E85 High Flow fuel pump with offset inlet (part number 50-1225) is an ideal choice for Polaris RZR XP Turbo UTVs from 2016 to 2019. This pump is installed directly in the tank and can be connected via the factory wiring harness. It serves as a direct replacement for the original fuel pump of the RZR XP Turbo (for turbo models from 2016 to 2019, not compatible with RZRs without turbo drive).

The pump was designed to withstand extreme loads and delivers 44% more fuel pressure than the factory-installed pump (7.93 bar maximum pressure compared to 5.52 bar stock). It provides a 100% higher flow rate at the stock base pressure of 4 bar (202 lph compared to 100 lph stock)!

Each AEM 50-1225 Polaris RZR XP Turbo fuel pump is individually tested for a flow rate of 245 lph (65 gph) at 2.76 bar and 202 lph (53 gph) at the 4 bar base fuel pressure of the RZR XP/XP Turbo. This ensures sufficient flow to support 640 hp at 4 bar and 482 hp at 1.52 bar boost pressure on gasoline!
